Modus AV was founded in 2018 by Mark Kiffin to help home and business owners simplify the process of integrating technology into their environments and to provide a better sales and user experience.
Mark is able to leverage his film & television production background, and 15+ years of specialty audio/video retail management experience, to design high-performance audio, video and automation systems and simplify the process of buying, installing and using these products. The ultimate goal of Mark and his team is to amaze and delight clients from the initial consultation to the first time they turn on their system.

The only thing as fierce as Chelsea's creativity is her ability to connect with people! Whether it is managing our highly unique and fun social media content or helping others connect with their music in new ways at the Modus AV Listening Lounge, Chelsea always impresses our clients. Her love of technology was developed at a young age along with an appreciation for a wide range of music genres. With a Master's Degree in Art's Administration, Chelsea has a keen eye when it comes to technology design and the ear to appreciate how those design choices can elevate musical appreciation.
